Mild Green Sauce

The Green Mojo Sauce is indispensable in the Canarian cooking. Its flashy colour is obtained by using fresh regional peppers.

Its a perfect ally for fish, although it’s also eaten with Canarian boiled potatoes or Canarian gofio.

It has a mild but intense flavour. This Mojo sauce is gluten free.

Its maturity is of 730 days. Keep in the fridge after opening (5ºC)
