BOILED “WRINKLED” POTATOES (PAPAS ARRUGADAS CON MOJO)

Ingredients:

- 1kg of small potatoes
- 1/2 kg of crystal salt
- 1 jar of the desired Mojo Guachinerfe sauce

Preparation:

Wash potatoes carefully until they have lost all dirt.

Put the potatoes in a cooking pot and fill in with water.

Then place the pot on high fire and when it starts boiling, add the salt and let them boil until the potatoes are soft.

Then strain the water and leave cooking, stiring for a few minutes until potatoes are dry and covered with salt.

Serve with any Mojo Guachinerfe sauce and eat without peeling potatoes.
