- Meat (of your choice)
- 1 Jar of Guachinerfe's red sauce (mild or spicy)
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 glass of sunflower oil
Firstly, sprinkle some salt on the meat.
Then put the chosen Guachinerfe Mojo sauce, the small glass of wine and the flass of sunflower oil in a bol and mix it well until you have an uniform sauce.
Add the meat to the sauce and stir until it is completely covered.
Put the meat into the fridge and let it stand for 24 hours.
After that time cook the meat as desired.
“Serve with boiled “wrinkled” potatoes (“Papas arrugadas”).
