AREPAS (Cornpone) WITH TUNA AND MOJONNAISE

Ingredients:

- Special flour for Arepas
- Water
- Salt
- 1 tuna tin
- 3 spoonful Mojonnaise
- 1/2 chopped tomato
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 chopped avocado pear
- Cheese


Directions:

To make the dough use the directions on the Arepa flour sack. Normally: for two parts of Arepas flour, two and a half parts of water and a little bit of salt.

We cook the dough: you can fry, bake or grill it.

We mix the tuna with the mojonnaise, onion, tomato and avocado pear in a bowl.

When the Arepas are done, we open them and put some cheese, the mix with mojonnaise and some avocado pear bits on top.
